Since joining the GoKart family nearly 2 years ago, EDū has gone from strength to strength. We are proud to support them on their amazing growth journey. Here’s what they had to say about GoKart.

EDū started with humble beginnings, with 1 food stand in South East London’s popular food hub – Flat Iron Square. They have since grown to become a force in London’s street food scene, expanding their operations to over 3 sites…and growing. EDū’s founder Eduoardo hopes that in the future they can open a permanent restaurant site at the heart of London’s vibrant food scene.

EDū has a great menu, as highlighted above, their dishes incorporate Spanish cuisine with a mixto touch. An office favourite and go-to dish is *drumroll please* – the chic Frito taco with mojo Verde slaw. We love this dish because of the flavours of the slightly spicy chicken coating, combined with the texture contrast of the refreshing slaw and the taco. Also…. the garlic ali-oli is also to die for.
